University Motors
Technical Seminars
The club has received a batch of marketing flyers and registration forms for the 2007 University Motors Technical Seminars; these were available at the February meeting for those who attended. John Twist has been conducting seminars of this type each February for many years. Topics range from engine and transmission rebuilding to more mundane activities such as carburetor work. Some classes are model specific (i.e. T-type or MGB) while other are more generic; some require that you bring your own parts to work on. Many of our club members have attended these over the years and have always felt that they were time and money well spent. Each class has a registration fee and rooms have been blocked out at several local hotels. The specific classes offered varies from year to year, so you will need to check this year’s program to see which classes are available. Try the University Motors web site at www.universitymotorsltd.com or call Jim Evans to get a one of the flyers.
