Club member Ray Glorioso passed away on Friday, April 22. Ray was a former club co-chairman and a valued contributor to the club’s “Abingdon Summer Party” program.

Visitation was Monday April 25 from 3PM to 9 PM at Dreschler, Brown, & Williams funeral home at 203 S Marion, Oak Park, IL, with funeral services held Tuesday April 26 at 10AM at Ascension Church, VanBuren & East Ave in Oak Park. Ray’s home address is: 5344 Tall Tree Ct, Lisle IL 60532.

It was with great sorrow I learned of the passing of Ray Glorioso. Ray was a former club co-chairman, contributor to the Abingdon weekend, and supporter of club activities. His insights, knowledge, and personality will be greatly missed. - John Schroeder

I want to extend the club's and my condolences to Ray Glorioso's family and all his friends in the CMGC. It's hard to come up with adequate words when cancer has taken somebody too early, but as noted elsewhere, Ray was a real asset to the club. He helped our tool program, helped the shows at past Abingdon weekends, and gave in other ways, elected and otherwise. He will be missed. - Wade Keene
