A visit from Phil Hill
at Road America

Story and photos courtesy of Curt Bork

Pam and I had a chance encounter with legendary race driver Phil Hill at the concourse car show at Elkhart Lake during the Road America weekend of camping and vintage races.

Phil Hill

An elderly gentleman asked Pam if he could share her park bench, and inquired about my TD. Said he had driven a few of them and was the only person to ever drive an MG at 254 MPH. Pam say's "yeah right" We were then introduced to Phil Hill.
