I like cars. I may not be a total ‘Gearhead’ but do appreciate the technology that goes into the making of the classic automobiles.

This month’s issue ‘Feature Article’ focuses on the Pontiac Buggy through the Overland brand and finishes off with the Pontiac brand we are all familiar with. Names like Bonneville, GTO and ‘The Judge’ rings of a time in our past. All of these models were viewed in pristine condition – some of them almost ‘one of a kind’ – on display. With this being the ‘off season’ we were treated to a behind the scenes view of the Pontiac Oakland Automobile Museum with curator Tim Dye. What a trip!

See you on the road…

In this month’s issue:
> What’s happenin’ in the ’Fix-it’ garage? page 6
> Driving Event Award winners, page 8
> What’s an Oakland? Find out on page 10
> 19th Annual Swap Meet information on page 12
> What’s in Niagara Falls? Page 13
> What’s Barney up to these days???, page 14
> Postcards from the past, page 18
