Smiles, smiles, and more smiles. This is what we experienced this year at this event.

On a beautiful Sunday August afternoon volunteers made their cars available for a drive around the parking lot with a pediatric cancer patient from Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge We have participated for a number of years in this event to give the children a ride in our MGs. This was quite an event with entertainment, games, music and food for about 750 people and run by volunteers in the St. Paul's Woods forest preserve in Morton Grove. We were parked together with a police car, ambulance, and fire truck. But unlike those, where the kids could just sit in them, we take them for rides to the end of the forest preserve road and back.

This was wonderful way to give back to the community and share the joy of the kids riding in our vintage cars.
