EDITOR’S CORNER
Well, I knew this day was coming – winter storage. It is kind of depressing in a way, but on the other hand, it is a good time to think of winter projects.
I’ve always wanted to heat my garage, so what better excuse to justify the project than by stressing to Penny the importance of proper storage of our beloved MGB? I have a gas line nearby and venting to the outside should not be difficult. I could add some additional lighting to make it easier to perform car maintenance in my newly established comfortable environment. Maybe add a small refrigerator to store some of my favorite beverages to consume while performing the car upkeep. And a relaxing chair … and a stereo, and….. wait a minute, this is sounding expensive.
I could raise some money and sell the car… heresy! Maybe I can scale back the project with a space heater and some trouble lights, refreshments from the inside house refrigerator and I could wear heavier clothing while working in the cool garage.
Maybe I don’t really need to update my garage for winter car storage – I just need to clear out all the other storage stuff and make some room for the MGB to squeeze in.
Oh well, it was fun thinking of what it could have been.

Check out these and all the upcoming events and activities. See you on the road...
