MINUTES FOR MEETING
June 21, 2004

    The meeting was called to order at 8:08 by Bill Mennell. We had 28 members in attendance. One new member, Kyle Kruszewski, ‘73B attended.

PAST EVENTS

May 22nd, was emissions testing at Dave Bralich’s. Nine cars showed up and only one failed to pass.
May 30th was the Healey Autocross.
June 5 and 6 was MG 101 at Dave Bralich’s.
June 8th was Let’s Go Karting. There was a limited turnout.
June 12th was the Algonquin Hillclimb. About 70 pre WWII cars showed up including our own Reinout Voigt.
June 13the was the Joliet Autocross. Seven cars attended.
June 20th was the Miata/MG Autocross. 45 cars including 4 MG’s showed up. There were 12 runs.

UPCOMING EVENTS

July 3rd, transmission swap on a ‘78 Midget at Dave Bralich’s.
July 10th and 11th British Boots and Bonnets are having their annual Wings and Wheels. Check their website for details.
July 16-18 is our Road America Camping Trip. Featured cars are the CanAms. Contact Jake or Ann Snyder if interested in attending.
August 1st is our club picnic at Curt Bork’s. Check the website for details.
August 12-15 is the University Motors Summer Picnic Reunion.
Sept 24-26 is our Abingdon Weekend. Contact Jime Evans for Details.

STAFF REPORTS

Regalia by Dave Ransom
Tools by Jim Evans. We purchased an exhaust gas analyzer.
Library by Dave Lieb.

The 50/50 raffle prize, $37 was won by Dave Tucker. Barney Gaylord donated a thread chaser kit for the raffle. This was won by Curt Bork.
The program following the meeting was given by Sean McGreevey, Dupage County Deputy.
