On Feb 4, 2000 my daughter Kay (Cooper) Cartolano was diagnosed with Mucinous Adenocarcinoma cancer of the appendix. It is a very rare form of cancer. She was told in Nov 2000 to get her affairs in order as she had only 6 months left. She and all her family helped to keep spirits high, and with the help of CMGC members who gave a shoulder to lean on we made it 2 years 2 weeks & 2 days. Mary passed away on the 20 Nov 2002.

Thanks to the CMGC members who gave there time to attend the wake and funeral we again are in debt, for it was a great boost for the entire Cooper & Cartolano family members. But it was not over yet. On Jan 25, again the CMGC members showed their support in attendance & contributions. The Coopers & Cartolanos wish to thank you all & tell you how much it meant to us to have that shoulder to lean on.
